30-Year-Old Leaves Parents’ Home With Help From Alex Jones

  • Man, 30, ordered evicted from parents’ home by New York judge feels ‘great’ to be leaving

A 30-year-old man in NY state said that he moved out of his parents' home Friday, 10 days after a judge ordered him to pack his bags.

But Supreme Court justice Donald Greenwood branded Mr Rotondo's demand "outrageous" and issued an eviction order.

But he stayed. Soon after, his parents sent another note which read: "Michael Joseph Rontodo, you are hereby evicted". You have 14 days to vacate. Shortly after the ruling was rendered, global media took notice - and so did the writers of thinkpieces and comment-board diatribes everywhere.

"Get one - you have to work!"

NY man plans to appeal the judge's ruling. "It has been a insane crazy ride", the other Rotondo told CNYCentral on Thursday. "I have not been sued by my parents". "My inbox has been filled with many people laughing at me".

"I woke up. My buddy sends me a link for a BBC article saying 'Haha this is amusing are you getting sued by your parents?' I was like 'Haha that is amusing especially that is the same name, same spelling same age, '" the Capital Region's Rotondo told the Syracuse TV station.

They failed once again, however, so they reportedly offered their son $1,100 to "find a place to stay". The publication reports that a stranger called him on the phone with just a single word - "loser" - before hanging up, prompting Rotondo to call 911.

He said he called the police because he believed the boy's Legos were in the basement and his father wouldn't let him look for them.

"This isn't a game show", Rotondo said, explaining to the newspaper why he called police.

But that's all in the rear-view mirror.

Throughout the court process, Michael Rotondo claimed to have a source of income from a revenue-generating business, but would not say what this business entailed. Asked if that marks a dramatic change in his thinking, given his recent hard-fought court battle, Rotondo answered succinctly.
