Xiaomi Mi Max 3 revealed ahead of official announcement

Xiaomi could be launching other smartphones including a new Pocophone and the Mi Max 3. It's nearly a year since the bang for buck Mi A1 was announced and now it's the right time for Xiaomi to release a new contender for 2018. The company will announce the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite at its event on July 24. Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi has posted a few teasers online to give us a fair idea about what to expect from the new Mi Max 3. Last week Xiaomi revealed it is hosting a global event in Madrid, Spain on July 24. Unlike the Mi 6X, the Mi A2 will be Android One device coming with stock Android UI. Taking previous leaks into consideration, the Mi A2 is expected to sport a 5.99-inch full HD+ display without a notch. On the other hand, the Mi A2 Lite will be using the two-year old Snapdragon 625 processor. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 likely specs The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will likely be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636processor with three storage options - 3GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB internal storage.
The e-com listing shows the Global Version Mi A2 Lite runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Google's Android One programme.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB port.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will feature a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ notchless display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The back of the device is presumably made of metal and strongly resembles the design of the Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi 6 Pro along with the placement and alignment of the dual camera setup. And we will also learn whether the rumored Mi Max 3 Pro model is real.
On the memory front, it comes with 4GB of RAM as well as 64GB of storage.
