Chelsea have confirmed that they have sacked manager Antonio Conte, though they face the prospect of a prolonged legal battle with the former Juventus boss.
The 59-year-old former Napoli head coach becomes Roman Abramovich's ninth full-time manager in his 15 years as owner less than 24 hours after Conte parted company with the club he led to a league and FA Cup title. "Best of luck, Maurizio!"
Speaking to his new club's official website, Sarri said: "I am very happy to be coming to Chelsea and the Premier League".
