  • Baldwin has had several other run-ins with the general public that did not involve law enforcement

That history of friction between the two men is why, shortly after Baldwin's arrest, someone asked President Trump for his reaction. If so, your time has come.

CBS New York reports that Baldwin was arrested around 1 p.m. after he got into an altercation over a parking spot on East 10th Street in Greenwich Village. Sophia Mason said of the encounter, "It looks like it was a dispute over the parking spot, and the person in custody punched him". The driver of the station wagon told police Baldwin hit him with his hand, but wasn't sure if it was a punch or a slap.

Alec Baldwin was arrested on Friday morning (November 2), according to TMZ.

In 2012 and 2013, Baldwin was involved in several confrontations with photographers.

Will Baldwin, who also has four young children with his second wife, lose his new ABC show, The Alec Baldwin Show, over this?

In addition to portraying president Donald Trump on "Saturday Night Live", Baldwin now hosts a Sunday talk show on ABC, called "The Alec Baldwin Show".

Baldwin, who now hosts the weekly television talk show "The Alec Baldwin Show", in 2012 denied punching a photographer who was trying to take photos of him with his then-fiancee, yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas. "How old are these officers?" he also allegedly stated at the time.

Baldwin is known for his bursts of rage and run-ins with the law.

Baldwin tweeted about the incident, describing New York City as "a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign".
