Trump's decision to withdraw from the 2015 nuclear agreement infuriated Iran as well as the other countries that negotiated the deal and who still say it's the best chance to constrain the Islamic Republic's nuclear ambitions.

'Game of Thrones' stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams took to Twitter on November 2 to go against Donald Trump for using a meme of their show to promote sanctions for Iran. The deal saw Iran limit its controversial nuclear activities in exchange for sanctions relief. India has to keep its development needs in mind and also not to annoy the United States at the same time.

Iran's annual rally to mark the storming of the United States embassy and hostage-taking of 1979 had particular significance on Sunday (Nov 4) on the eve of renewed sanctions by Washington.

The renewed sanctions are designed "to paralyse (Iran's) economy and keep it backward".

These reimposed sanctions, which were lifted during the Obama administration as part of the nuclear deal, will target several sectors of the Iranian economy, including energy, shipbuilding, shipping, and banking. They are the second batch the administration has re-imposed since Trump withdrew from the landmark accord in May. These include ending support for terrorism and military intervention in Syria, as well as completely halting nuclear and ballistic missile development.

That could make it extremely hard for Iran to do business with other countries.

"One-hundred percent of the revenue Iran receives from the sale of crude oil will be held in foreign accounts and can be used by Iran only for humanitarian trade or bilateral trade in non-sanctioned goods and services", he said.

Japan and South Korea temporarily stopped oil imports from Iran in September but Indian Oil and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals continued purchases though the overall volume dropped slightly from around 10 million barrels in October to nine million barrels for November. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed in twelve consecutive reports that Iran is abiding by its commitments under the Agreement. "This massive reduction since May of past year is three to five times more than what many analysts were projecting when President Trump announced our withdrawal from the deal back in May", he said. "But banks must be very careful that these are not disguised transactions or they could be subject to certain sanctions".

"We always stated that such sanctions could negatively impact peace, stability and economies in neighbouring countries like Turkey and we elaborated this reality during the talks with USA officials", said Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Fatih Donmez, according to the country's state-run Anadolu news agency.

Turkey has been told it will temporarily be allowed to keep buying Iranian oil, its energy minister told reporters, as has Iraq, as long as it does not pay Iran in US dollars, three Iraqi officials said.

"There is no doubt that the United States will not achieve success with this new plot against Iran as they are retreating step by step".

This time, 1.1 million barrels a day have already been cut from Iran's shipments - a combination of crude and a light oil called condensate that was spared from curbs in 2012 - according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
