She continued, "also....huge fan of tiny bbq grills".

Sadly, Ari's ink problems still may not be over... as it turns out, her updated work might have an even sillier meaning now than before.

Grande wanted the tattoo to mean "7 Rings", which is the title of her new single. The ink was supposed to honor the success of her latest single, but she left out one of the letters.

A BuzzFeed Japan reporter was quick to point out that the new, incorrect placement of the additional kanji characters actually made it read "Japanese barbecue finger".

The singer has since deleted her initial Tweets and Instagrams concerning the original appearance of the tattoo. It hurt like f**k n still looks tight.

However, her legion of Japanese fans pointed out that the characters actually translate to "shichirin", which means a small barbecue grill.

"If I miss it enough, I'll suffer thru the whole thing next time", she said, later writing "Pls leave me and my tambourine grill alone. thank u".

- Zac Russell (@ZacRussell93) February 1, 2019Ariana wants people to read her's top-to-bottom, left-to-right, but Japanese is NEVER arranged that way.

Ariana admitted earlier this week she had made a mistake with the tattoo, which led to the word "shrichirin" being etched on her palm.

Ariana tried to get her tattoo fixed but it still does not seem to be alright for some of her fans.

Before the correction, Grande posted a screenshot of her conversations with her Japanese language tutor, which show it being explained to her how it should be written and where the symbols should go.

The "Thank You, Next" pop star posted a new photo of the tat to her Instagram story Thursday with the caption: "slightly better".
