After having an alleged argument with the award show's producers over which songs she would perform, the Sweetener songstress not only backed out of performing at the upcoming show, she's not even GOING to it!

The "breathin" singer has confirmed she will not be attending the Grammys over a disagreement with producer Ken Ehrlich and his team. She felt "insulted" after producers initially refused to allow her to perform "7 rings", the latest single from her next album.

'I've kept my mouth shut but now you're lying about me.

Ariana Grande just said "thank u, next" to the Grammys. She followed that with "Imagine" and "7 Rings", the latter of which broke Spotify's record for most plays within a 24-hour period.

However, like Ariana, she turned it down. The Grammys did not immediately respond for comment on whether Grande would be performing Sunday. I want to do it on my own terms from now on'. She's a great artist.

After some heavy negotiation, they eventually approved of the tune, as long as it was part of a medley songs and they insisted on selecting her second song.

Grande is far from a new face on the scene, but this past year has been an especially prominent one for her.

Grande is nominated for two Grammys this year, one for Best Pop Solo Performance for her tune 'God Is a Woman' and the other for her album Sweetener.

Instead, they offered her a spot performing during the Tom Petty tribute, which she ultimately declined.

Performers at the Grammys include Cardi B, Dolly Parton, Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Diana Ross, J Balvin, Camila Cabello, Brandi Carlile, Dan + Shay, H.E.R., Little Big Town, Post Malone, Chloe x Halle and Dua Lipa.
